I am Tejashree Deshmukh, a successful entrepreneur. I am the owner of Ideal handmade Pvt ltd with yearly revenue of 1000Cr. I am more focused on a timetable, routine, and goal setting. I am writing a to-do list every day. Daily, I read a book; obviously not a complete book. Those are tiny habits but those lead to your ultimate success. Today my organization is known for high quality, value-for-money, lovely handmade products. I use high-quality products, it helped me in believing that everyone loves high-quality products. It reflects in my products. My Organization giving me ultimate happiness and joy by lighting up many people around me. We are into CSR activities too. We helped 1000 NGOs to date. I am very happy and feeling grateful for this life.
I have learned skills like writing, communication, people management, digital marketing from Deepak Kanakraju, and most crucial time management. Time management is taking control of your life. You can achieve it by writing a to-do list.
Books play a major part in your life. I have a book named ‘Eat that Frog by Brian Tracy’. This book changed my life. All those rules are really amazing. All successful people follow that book. Till today I have done plenty of revisions of that book and every time it gives a new perspective and learning for making business and life grow.
You become the average of the 5 people around you. My role model is my mom. Since childhood, she is the one whom I follow. She is the backbone of the family. Her never-give-up attitude and helpful nature helped me on my journey. She is successful in her life. Grown her children, educate them, and well-mannered children, build her own house are inspiring for me.
These are my favorite quotes. Dream big. Make sure that your dream is really big that can not let you sleep. Working for your dream is really satisfying. Winners are used to staying with winners. Another quote is, “If you really want to do something, you will find a way. If you don’t, you’ll find an excuse — Jim Rohn”. I love the journey from zero to one.
